Founded by an American expat in Bilbao, Kuki Cookie Bakery was born from a passion for authentic American-style cookies and a mission to provide delicious treats that everyone can enjoy, regardless of dietary restrictions.
Our bakery is 100% gluten-free, ensuring a safe environment for those with celiac disease or gluten sensitivity. We use our own special flour blend to create cookies that taste so good, you'd never guess they're gluten-free!

There's a tiny shop in the middle of Bilbao that ruined cookies for me—in the best way possible. For years as an expat here, I've endured the cruel parody of what local bakeries call a "cookie." Then, by sheer luck, I found this place. These aren't just cookies. These are declarations of war against mediocrity. The pistachio cookie was nutty poetry. The double chocolate? Pure decadence. This shop gave me exactly what I've been craving. If you're in Bilbao and you think you know what a cookie is, you don't. Not until you've been here.

Absolutely mind-blowing delicious vegan gluten free sweets! The best chocolate cookie I've ever tried 🤤 And blondie with cinnamon is so tasty too! 😋 I will definitely come again. Nice and friendly staff. Highly recommended!
Didn't get a picture before inhaling the cookies - the Nutella cookie is the best cookie I've ever had - gluten free or otherwise. 100% gluten free bakery. Very much worth going out of your way for while in Bilbao!

OMG, the best cookies I've ever eaten! If you want to have a sweet breakfast, or a delightful snack on your way back home, you have to try these cookies. For my celiac friends this place is a done deal, everything is gluten free here. There are a lot of flavours, I tried almost all of them and if you like chocolate, you have to taste their "double choco". It's a chef kiss cookie!
